Funeral service is at Canford Cemetery & Crematorium on Monday 2nd July 2018 at 3pm, followed by a celebration at BAWA Leisure Centre, Southmead Road, Bristol, BS34 7RG. Please wear colours, rather than black. Family flowers only but donations please to the kidney dialysis team at Southmead Hospital (see donation instructions).
